Binary Compensation Plan

The binary multi level marketing compensation plan allows distributors to only have two front line distributors. Should a distributor sponsor more than two distributors, the added sponsored persons over the two are spilled down into the sponsoring distributor’s front line. This attribute is what makes a Binary compensation plan so attractive. By having to only sponsor two distributors to complete your requirements for the binary compensation plan.

The basic limitation to the binary plan is you have to balance out your two downline legs to receive your commissions. Balancing down line legs generally dictates that the sale from one leg constitutes nothing more than a specified percentage of the total sales for that distributor.
